Building open and honest relationships with senior stakeholders across TfL, promoting value-added, effective and efficient ways of working with IM. Making recommendations on customers IM requirements and future ways of working. Keep the customer abreast of developments across IM and pan - GLA as appropriate
Identifying quick wins and future opportunities for closer collaborative working with both the business and IM

BSc (Hons) Business Information Technology, 3 A Levels, 11 GCSEs
