Being the founder of Red2, Phil deals with all different aspects of the business

RELATED DEGREE:

Started a Software Engineering degree but continued with work after a placement year so did not complete the degree

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Placement during a Software Engineering degree at Philips
• Several junior roles in networking and development
• More senior role in development
• Then on to a project manager role
• Consultancy work at Boots and Specsavers

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Ability to understand customer needs
• Sales technique
• Managerial skills
