JOB TITLE:

• Lead design project from concept to solution design stage
• Unify all stake holders and design team on the requirements and product objectives
• Communicate the design gaps to the project team and find solution for the design gaps
• Ensure requirements and design completeness
• Provide client with recommendations to improve their efficiencies

RELATED DEGREE:

1st Class Hons degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from University of Manchester Institute of Science & Engineering (UMIST)

I am a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Certified IT Professional (CITP) and amember of the British Computer Society (BCS)

HOW YOU GOT TO WHERE YOU ARE:

I started my career as a graduate trainee with British Telecommunications plc,. Then moving onto Cable & Wireless plc, before joining Infosys Technologies Ltd.
Work experience includes:
Requirements capture and management
Application testing and  management
Service and solution design
Programme management
Marketing and sales and sales support

I am the author of ‘Successful Service Design in Telecommunications’, which was published by John Wiley & Son in 2009
