Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

I oversee all technological aspects of the business including the servers, the hardware and the software development process.

RELATED DEGREE:

• I was always interested in computing so I took science, maths and ICT at school
• Software Engineering Degree at Southampton University.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

When I moved to London I started at Mind Candy as a Technical Lead and then became CTO about a year later. 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

To be a front end developer, you need quite a varying skillset:

• Discipline is important
• Good communication skills are vital at this level of job role because you have to interact with many different people
• Good knowledge of technology, all the way from the basic code right through to understanding large technical infrustructures.
