Everyone is different. Whether you strut about with a 34 inch inside leg or have the misfortune to be armpit height on the tube, none of us fit a prototype. However, clothes on the high street do, so many of us struggle to find the perfect fit.

Fitting intelligence

Intellifit have designed a Virtual Fitting Room that measures your body in seconds. It digitally records over 200,000 points and creates a ‘digital twin’. Its magic works by means of a ‘vertical wand’ containing 196 small antennas that send and receive low power radio waves. These are similar to mobile phone signals but never fear, they possess 1/350th of the power and do not penetrate the skin but instead reflect off it.

The machine takes dozens of measurements in about 20 seconds and of course ensures an exact fit. These measurements are stored and can be used time and time again until you’ve chomped too many Krispy Kreme donuts.
