So what exactly is cyber bullying?

Cyber bullying is when a teenager torments, humiliates, harasses or threatens another teenager using interactive technologies such as the internet or a mobile phone.

Cyber bullying is not usually a one time communication and teenagers are mostly effected by hurtful or embarassing posts or comments.

If a teenager is cyber bullying, it is common for them to loose their ISP or IM accounts as a result of violating the sevice.

The best thing you can do is to find out more about cyber bullying and the effects it has on others.
